1. Connected Coast with CityWest
This is a multi-year project that will bring new or improved high-speed internet accessibility to 139 rural and remote coastal communities, including 48 Indigenous communities—representing 44 First Nations— along the BC coast from north of Prince Rupert, to Haida Gwaii, south to Vancouver, and around Vancouver Island.
2. Shaw Communications National Partnership
Driftwood was selected as one of seven shortlisted approved national subcontractor partners by Shaw Communications in Western Canada. Driftwood provides the full array of services to Shaw including planning and design, HFC build and activation, project management, and locate services as well as providing a team of residential and business install and service technicians from Vancouver Island to Manitoba.
3. Expanding Rogers Communications’ Network
As a primary contractor of choice for Rogers in Western Canada, we provide full turnkey services for several projects where Rogers is expanding their FTTH network. These projects involve the complete planning, design, permitting and build of mostly underground FTTH networks in existing underserved rural communities in addition to any associated Long-Haul fibre builds to support the network.
